The GMLT1926 LatchTick is a time saving accessory used to help release the rear seat on any extended of crew car Chevy Pickup truck with the hook latch from 2019-2026.The LatchTick is a simple low cost solution to save time when working on your amp rack. Avoid damaging the foam seat with the built in paracord handle for easy access and upward ease of pull. The GMLT1926 is attached by molded grip and pinch pressure made to fit the factory metal work, simply slide the LatchTick over the metal hook press the plastic over the latch and secure the cover and screw. Rear Seat Removal

1. Remove 3 headrest
2. Remove the plastic inserts the headrest were locked into. (Pull upward)...HARD
3. Remove the 4 10mm bolts found evenly spaced at the base of the back rest of the seat. The back rest and the seat itself are 2 separate parts.
4. Between the back rest and the rear glass you will see 3 black straps. Inline with the center of the straps, about 1 inch lower than the base of the glass will be a small metal hook you have to pull up on it to release the latch that holds the rear seat to the back wall.

LatchTick© Installation

1. After removing the rear seat, grab 3 of the LatchTicks© and separate the 2 pieces without removing the screw.
2. Line up the hook and the LatchTick© hook socket and press firmly.
3. Line up and press closed the LatchTick Cap and fasten the center screw.
