Shipping/Delivery Policy:
You agree to provide your correct billing address, shipping address, and credit card information with each order.
Shipping carrier is USPS or FedEx (depending on package size).
Shipping/delivery estimates of product shipped within United States (excluding holidays) is 5-20 of our business days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). Lead times are posted at the bottom of the description for each individual product. You can track your package via USPS.com or Fedex.com with your tracking number.
Shipping to an international address can take anywhere from 7-21 business day (after shipping). Since USPS only tracks international packages to major cities and destinations, once your international order leaves the United States, you will no longer be able to track your order with the tracking number provided to you (in some cases), as it will likely NOT be updated by the USPS system once it leaves the United States. LLJ Customs Car Audio Fabrication is not responsible for any custom fees imposed by your Country for international shipping and delivery. Customer is responsible for any and all customs fees for international orders.
If the address you provided is incorrect, and items are returned to LLJ Customs, you will be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.
You also acknowledge that the shipping address you provide for your order is correct. If your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and it is returned to LLJ Customs Car Audio Fabrication, LLJ Customs will reship the product to the correct address for an additional shipping cost. If your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and is NOT returned to LLJ Customs or becomes lost, LLJ Customs is not responsible for the package and will not provide any refunds. If customer recognizes the address that was entered is incorrect please contact us at Support@LLJCustoms.com to correct the address right away.
