Refund policy


RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Any eligible product that is returned MUST be in its original condition. This means the product must have no alterations, no damage and no missing parts (unless approved by an LLJ Custom Representative). Should you choose to return a product, you are responsible for any and all costs associated with the return; including shipping and handling. Returns after 15 days will have to forfeit 50% of the orders total price as a restocking fee. NO REFUNDS/RETURNS ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS. All non-cash refunds will be refunded to the original payment type and/or card/account that the order was originally placed with. A store credit for that amount will be given if the account used to make the purchase is not an option. Cash will be refunded as cash or cashiers check. This policy is to prevent fraud from purchasing with unauthorized and fraudulent accounts/cards, visa gift cards or attempts to purchase, close accounts and attempt to get cash back. 


Please verify the connector in the vehicle BEFORE placing an order. All Base Connectors that need to be returned, refunded or canceled due to the connector not being verified will have a Restocking Fee of $15. The connectors need to be in the exact same condition as they were sent in. Any damage or alterations made will void all exchanges and returns.

All Harness Accessories (both T-Harness and Loopback Harness) are custom built, No Refunds and No Returns; Exchanges are up to our discretion. Any exchanges MUST BE APPROVED via email by an LLJ Customs rep. Any alteration or damage done to the product will automatically disqualify the product for any exchange as well as the 5 year warranty. Exchange request can be submitted within 15 calendar days of the order being delivered. Past this timeframe, all request will be denied. LLJ Customs does not cover any shipping costs for exchanges. 

Ready 2 Resurrect harnesses are FINAL SALE, NO Returns, NO Exchanges. These harnesses and units are still covered by our 5 year warranty. 

All backordered products can take anywhere from 15 to 45 business days to ship. Once the product is restocked, all pre-orders will be shipped first. Shipping can take up to 3 WEEKS to get all orders out, per usual practice, orders will be shipped by date placed.


For Eligible Product Returns:
- Email us at support@LLJCustoms.com; with the Order # as the subject line. In the body of the email include a short explanation for return request.
- Once your email is received, an LLJ Custom representative will respond (within 7 business days) with an approval or denial for the request.
- If the return is approved you will be emailed with the proper information in regards to your return. 

5 Year Warranty:
Customer needs to email: support@LLJCustoms.com for warranty issues. Any exchange must approved by an LLJ Custom representative. After 15 days of the product being delivered, the customer is responsible for all of shipping costs.

 

ANY package/order sent to an LLJ Customs facility WITHOUT an email approval for a return or exchange, WILL BE DENIED and returned to the customer/shipper. LLJ Customs is NOT responsible for any lost packages. 

CANCELLATION POLICY & RESTOCKING FEE for LLJ Customs products:

Cancellations on custom Products such as Harnesses or KITs are subjected to a restocking fee of 45% the product cost. 

All other products may be cancelled within 48 hours of the order being placed. Customers will be subjected to a restocking fee of 50% of the products’ original purchased price past the 48 hour mark.

 CANCELLATION POLICY on none LLJ products:

None Customs products like amplifiers, processors, LOC units speaker adapters, speakers other none LLJ Customs, Shock-wire brands have a 15 day money back Guarantee. MUST BE AND CONTAIN all original products and parts that were in the box originally .
