How long does to take my product to ship ?
All of our custom items have a Business day lead time that can be found in the product description. The lead time is how long before we ship the item out. In stock non customized items are shipped out the following business day.
Do you ship outside of the USA and Canada?
Yes we do. We ship all over the world no matter the location.
Can I get my product personalized ?
It would depend on the product we are talking about and the type of work you would like done. We try to make available as many options as reasonable for production reasons. Any options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
Can I return my order ?
We always aim for perfection and to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.. Please email Support@lljcustoms.com and include your order number.
What is a lead time ?
This is the time a product will Take before its delivered to the shipper. This lead time can be do to modifications or assembly that is needed based on the options selected at purchase.
What Warranty do i get with my order ?
All of our products come with a 5 year replacement warranty, just make sure to keep your order number handy.
I am installing a Sub-woofer & AMP in my vehicle. What do i need?
If you plan to just add a sub and have no existing equipment. We recommend using a T-harness with an amp like a Link500.1mini that can take a high level signal directly from the vehicles radio or amplifier. If you do already have equipment then a T-harness with an LOC like a linkDQ will do the trick for 90% of mono amplifiers that don't take a high level input.
