LLJ Customs offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing products or services from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including and without limitation to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing, using or making purchases from our website. By accessing, using, or making a purchases from any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website, use any services, or make any purchases. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Shipping/Delivery Policy:
You agree to provide your correct billing address, shipping address, and credit card information with each order.
Shipping carrier is USPS or FedEx (depending on package size).
Shipping/delivery estimates of product shipped within United States (excluding holidays) is 5-20 of our business days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). Lead times are posted at the bottom of the description for each individual product. You can track your package via USPS.com or Fedex.com with your tracking number.
Shipping to an international address can take anywhere from 7-21 business day (after shipping). Since USPS only tracks international packages to major cities and destinations, once your international order leaves the United States, you will no longer be able to track your order with the tracking number provided to you (in some cases), as it will likely NOT be updated by the USPS system once it leaves the United States. LLJ Customs Car Audio Fabrication is not responsible for any custom fees imposed by your Country for international shipping and delivery. Customer is responsible for any and all customs fees for international orders.
If the address you provided is incorrect, and items are returned to LLJ Customs, you will be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.
You also acknowledge that the shipping address you provide for your order is correct. If your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and it is returned to LLJ Customs Car Audio Fabrication, LLJ Customs will reship the product to the correct address for an additional shipping cost. If your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and is NOT returned to LLJ Customs or becomes lost, LLJ Customs is not responsible for the package and will not provide any refunds. If customer recognizes the address that was entered is incorrect please contact us at Support@LLJCustoms.com to correct the address right away.
Production Time:
· Due to the nature of handmaking custom parts some products do require additional manufacturing time. While products may still be purchased on back order, be aware that this also adds more days to the orders lead time. Orders are worked on and shipped in the order that they are placed. Be aware, shipping time is not included in manufacturing time. All custom LLJ products are covered by a 5 year warranty. NO CANCELLATIONS NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS. *Some products may qualify for our buy-back program. *Limitations apply – please refer to our buy back policy for details.
· Orders with multiple items or orders that include products with long lead times ( i.e. back-order , out of stock ) will be shipped all together unless the customer requests otherwise. Additional shipping fees may apply.
· All of our door adapters are custom made to order. All sales on custom door adapters are final.
**Lead Times can vary depending on business needs and availability of product.**
Other Products (Non LLJ Custom products):
· Any prepackaged ready to go products, or products that do not require customization, may be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed; and may be returned no later than 15 days from the date it was shipped out from LLJ Customs. Warranties put in place by manufacturers will be honored

RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Any eligible product that is returned MUST be in its original condition. This means the product must have no alterations, no damage and no missing parts (unless approved by an LLJ Custom Representative). Should you choose to return a product, you are responsible for any and all costs associated with the return; including shipping and handling. Returns after 15 days will have to forfeit 50% of the orders total price as a restocking fee. NO REFUNDS/RETURNS ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS.
For Eligible Product Returns:
- Email us at support@LLJCustoms.com; with the Order # as the subject line. In the body of the email include a short explanation for return request.
- Once your email is received, an LLJ Custom representative will respond (within 7 business days) with an approval or denial for the request.
- If the return is approved you will be emailed with the proper information in regards to your return.
5 Year Warranty:
Customer needs to email: support@LLJCustoms.com for warranty issues. Any exchange must approved by an LLJ Custom representative. After 15 days of the product being delivered, the customer is responsible for all of shipping costs,
VIDEO BYPASS DISCLOSURE:
Warning: Keep your eyes on the road while driving. Watching videos while the car is in motion is dangerous and in most states illegal. Illegal use of our products is prohibited. Products with video bypass are meant for off-road, retail display, and show-use only. Use at your own risk! LLJ customs is not responsible for the misuse of its products.
CANCELLATION POLICY & RESTOCKING FEE:
No cancellations will be accepted on any custom LLJ Custom products.
All other products may be cancelled within 48 hours of the order being placed. Customers will be subjected to a restocking fee of 50% of the products’ original purchased price.

Limitation of Liability:
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL LLJ Customs Car Audio Fabrication L.L.C BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HARM TO EQUIPMENT AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF LLJ Customs Car Audio Fabrication L.L.C OR A LLJ Customs Car Audio Fabrication L.L.C AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOUR USE OF MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE RESULT IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION OF ANY ITEM, YOU ASSUME ANY COST THEREOF. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Risk of Loss:
The risk of loss for items purchased by you passes onto you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. The buyer and/or carrier is responsible of any damaged, stolen or lost products. We do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. In this situation, we do not take title to the refunded item.
Reviews and Comments:
Except as otherwise stated elsewhere in this agreement or on the site, anything that you submit or post to the site and/or provide us, including without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”) is and will be treated as nonconfidential and nonproprietary, and we have the full royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments and other Content that you post on this Site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other Content by us will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. You shall not use a false e mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions or Content.
